Annual Parish Meeting | Tuesday 14th May

An opportunity to raise any matters or ask questions of the Parish Council

Wilcot, Huish and Oare Parish Council invites everyone to the Annual Parish Meeting on Tuesday 14th May 2024 at 7pm in Oare Village Hall.



The Annual Parish Meeting is not a Parish Council meeting; it is for all electors

in the parish, all of whom may speak and vote on any matter raised. Those in attendance who

are not on the parish electoral roll may speak, but not vote.


Here is the agenda for the meeting:


1. To receive apologies for absence

2. Introduction and Welcome

3. To sign minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting 16th May 2023

4. Annual Report to parishioners by the Chairman of the Parish Council

5. Report from Wiltshire Unitary Councillor Paul Oatway

6. Demonstration of the defibrillator - opening and checking

7. A345 – review progress of safety and bus stop projects

8. Forum for parishioners to raise any other matters of interest

9. Refreshments


The Annual Parish Meeting will be followed by the AGM of the Parish Council at approximately 8pm.
