Do you suffer from insomnia, noisy mind, stress?
A sound bath is a journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious mind and activates the natural healing systems.
After creating your own comfortable space you’ll allow the vibrations to wash over you, realigning your soul and washing away stress. It not only engages your physical body but your emotional body as well, enabling you to fully rest and recharge.
