Coronavirus support for Oare and surrounding area - can we help?
Whether or not you are self-isolating, you may feel vulnerable to COVID-19 – we are here to help.
We are setting up local teams covering small areas (Upper, Middle and Lower Oare; Sunnyhill; plus others as necessary).
We can help with:
- Shopping for food and essential supplies – delivered to your front door or porch.
- Pharmacy collections – as above, and we will need a signed permission letter.
- General support – someone to talk to on the phone so that nobody feels alone through this difficult time.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide any transport services, medical advice or support, or physical care.
This is an entirely voluntary project being organised by Oare Village Hall Committee
and is free to all. You may not want or need help at this stage, but do contact us in future if things change.

Please make sure you follow the NHS and UK government advice on COVID-19, self-isolation and essential precautions. Please wash your hands with soap and warm water properly and regularly.
