Restorative pilates at Oare Village Hall
Every Wednesday and Friday morning
Join Natasha on on Wednesday and Friday mornings at Oare Village Hall, from 10.15am to 11am, for a gentle, restorative Pilates session.
Ex-dancer Natasha will guide you through a gentle 45 minute class that will help you to build your core muscles, mobilise your joints, lengthen your muscles and help you stand taller and breathe better.
Bring a mat and a small cushion or towel.
Classes run during term times only and cost £9 per class or £7 per class for a term of classes.
