Oare Village Hall is reopening

Hall reopening 17th May 2021 | Read about our Covid-19 measures

Oare Village Hall is reopening for hires from 17th May 2021.

To enable us to do this, we will be following the current UK Government guidelines on Coronavirus. Our objective is to make sure the Hall is "Covid-19 Secure” for all of our users.

In order to achieve this we will be updating our Hire Agreement to meet these requirements - see our Special Conditions of Hire during the Covid-19 Pandemic. We will also be asking potential hirers to complete a Risk Assessment for their event. A template for these is available on request.

We have also defined our approach to keeping the Hall Covid19-safe and have completed our own Risk Assessment for the Hall.

For more information on our Covid-19 procedures and hirer requirements please email info@oare-wilts.co.uk.

To enquire about booking the Hall, please contact Caroline Coryndon via russet@coryndon.co.uk.
