I’m an ex-dancer, personal trainer, Pilates coach and mother, and I’m here to help you enjoy life to the fullest in a body that is strong, balanced and at ease. Join me on the mat in a class at Oare Village Hall; pick the class that suits where your body is at right now:
Mum and Baby Pilates - Wednesdays and Fridays, 9.15-10am
This class is for new mums 6-weeks post-partum with a baby up to a year-old/crawling. Come and rebuild your body from the core up amongst friends, while carving out time for yourself AND bonding with your baby. Wednesdays and Fridays, term time only, £9 drop-in/£8 termly block.
Restorative Pilates - Fridays, 10.15-11am
Are you struggling with a bad back, recovering from childbirth or an injury, or new to Pilates and want to start gently? Come and benefit from this 45-minute session. We use small balls, blocks and bands to focus on building a strong core with minimal stress on joints, and I offer plenty of modifications so you can tailor the class to your needs. Fridays 10:15-11am, term-time only, £9 drop-in/£8 termly block.
