New Mum & Baby pilates class

Every Wednesday and Friday at Oare Village Hall

Join Natasha on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9.15am to 10am, for a gentle, restorative Pilates session for new mums and babies (baby is optional!).


These classes are specifically geared towards those looking to find their way back into their bodies after delivery (6-weeks post-partum), to bond with their babies, and to meet other new local mums.


Natasha will guide you through a gentle 45-minute class that will help you to rebuild your core muscles, and to feel stronger and more centred. We will work with awake babies or let them nap beside us; you are welcome to step out of the postures anytime you need to attend to your little one.


Bring a yoga mat, a small cushion or towel and a soft mat, blanket or bouncer to lay your baby on. 


Classes run during term times only and cost £9 per class or £8 per class for a term of classes.
